Eligibility Criteria :

The candidate should have completed 17 years but not crossed 25 years at the time of admission.

Passed Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together. Candidates appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.

Examination Centres :

The Banaras Hindu University will hold All India competitive written test for admission to MBBS course in    TWO stages:

   - PMT/PAT-2011 SCREENING

   - PMT-2011 MAIN

B.Pharm.course in ONE stage: PMT/PAT-2011 Screening.

MBBS (84 seats): General-42; OBC-23; SC-13: ST-6; physically disabled-2

BAMS (78 seats) : General – 36; Foreign National – 3; OBC* – 21; SC – 12 and ST – 6;

B.Pharm. (33 seats): General – 17; OBC* – 9; SC – 5 and ST – 2
