Introduction
AMC Group of Institutions, better known as AMC, is a mega
conglomerate of educational institutions offering educational
programmes with a large portfolio from KG to PG. All these
institutions are being managed by Paramahamsa Foundation
Trust, which was established in 1983 with the prime objective
to promote high quality education.

The AMC Group with a strong

shouldering the responsibility of International certification
like ISO 9001: 2000 to all the institution under the
group flagship.
AMC Group in its immediate priority shall look forward
for ISO 9001 certification, for its AMC Engineering
College and Administrative Management College and subsequently
take it forward for other institutions.

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) (4 years)
Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) (3 years)
Eligibility :
Pass in PUC/10+2/Intermediate/equivalent
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) (3 years)
Eligibility :
 Pass
in PUC / 10+2 / Intermediate / equivalent with 40% marks
in all subjects including languages.
Admission Process :
Please
send the hand written application form or printout of
this page for enrollment in the below shown format
and send it by Speed post or Courier Service to the
Corporate office of AMC, Bangalore immediately.
Enclose
copies of all available educational documents, two recent
passport size photographs and a bank draft
of Rs 10,500/- (For Indian Students) and US$ 525/- (for
NRI/Foreign students). Enrollment fee will be refunded
to the students who are not selected for the course.
Those
students who wish to have only Prospectus and Application
form need to send only Rs 500/- (for Indians)
and US $ 25/- (for NRIs and Foreigners).
Applications
of the enrolled students will only be considered at
the final selection.
Actual

Certificate from Visveswaraiah Technological for foreigners
indicating foreign qualification is equivalent
to 10+2 or higher secondary of Indian Board. (College
will assist to get the approval)
Foreign and NRIs Students :
The international students will include the following:
Foreign
nationals
Non-Resident
Indian students - who have passed the qualifying examinations
from foreign countries and are admitted
against the seats for international students.
PIO's
- Persons of Indian Origin
Foreign nationals are defined as foreign passport holders.
NRI
students are defined as those students who have passed
their last qualifying examination outside India.
Guidelines & Rules for International students :
VISA :
All international students will require student visa endorsed
to the respective institute of AMC Group of Colleges for
joining full time courses of AMC Group of Colleges. No
other endorsement is acceptable.
Eligibility :
The qualifications required for eligibility for admission
to different can be checked in detail from this website
of the respective institute. Students possessing qualifications
from foreign Universities or Boards of Higher Education
recognized as equivalent by the Association of Indian
Universities (AIU) will ONLY be eligible for admission.
When required, a reference will be made to AIU to check
the equivalence.
International students may be divided into the following categories :
Category
A:
Those who have passed the qualifying examination from
Boards of Higher Education/Universities in India and require
fresh "Student Visa" from Indian Embassy in
their country endorsed to the respective institute of
AMC Group of Colleges, Bangalore.
Category
B:
Students who have passed their qualifying examination
from outside India and require fresh "Student Visa"
for admission to an institute of AMC Group of Colleges,
Bangalore.
Category
C:
International students who wish to transfer / migrate
from other Indian University to AMC Group of Colleges
Bangalore He/She would then have to acquire a fresh "Student
Visa" endorsed to the respective AMC Group of
Colleges institute.
Fees:
International students will have to pay the fees by demand
draft ONLY, in US dollars or by equivalent Indian Rupees.
Proficiency
Test in English:
An international student who has been granted admission
shall have to have the proficiency in English, to speak
and understand. This is a basic requirement as the Education
process is only in English.
Transfers & Change of Course :
An international student who has been granted admission
to a particular course shall not be allowed to change
the course. Transfer from one institution in India to
another is also not allowed ordinarily.
Cancellation of Admissions :
Students should note that their admissions stand automatically
cancelled if:
They
fail to obtain long term 'Student Visa' endorsed to
the respective AMC Group of Colleges institute from
the Indian Embassy in their country on the basis of
provisional admission.
They fail to produce original certificate of marks /
Grade point average certificate of the last qualifying
examination at the time of admission.
They are found to be medically unfit.
They fail to fulfill any condition of eligibility.
The qualifying examination is not the equivalent to the
prescribed qualification by Association of Indian Universities
(AIU).
Cost of Living :
It is estimated that the average expenditure of an international
student will be about US $ 900.00 per year. Although expenses
vary from person to person, this estimate is expected
to cover accommodation, food, transport, and other necessities.

College has a constant interaction with Private Companies,
Industries and Multinational Companies for project
and training facilities for the students.
An
active placement office.
Separate
hostel for boys and girls close to the city office at
Jayanagar.
Hostel
managed by the college is now under construction with
a total capacity for 500 rooms and now over 100
rooms are fully functional. This project is likely to
get over within one year.

to the campus.
